TERMS AND CONDITIONS (POLICIES)
When Placing Your Order:
When placing an order, the FULL balance will required to secure your order. If the balance is not received within the given date, we will not be able to create your order. We do require at least 4 days notice for small orders and for larger orders we require one to two weeks.
*(Dates may be unavailable due to fully booked order schedules).
Securing Your Order:
Orders will not be secured without confirmation on our end or your end - confirmation will entail our details on how to pay your balance, address for pick-up, date time. Once payment is received, your order will be confirmed and secured.
Allergies:
Our products are *NOT* dairy, gluten, soy, vegan or nut free - these allergies CANNOT be accommodated.
Scheduled Pick-Up Time:
Please choose a pickup timeslot that works with your schedule, as your selected time is reserved specifically for your order. Jessica's Sweets is a home-based business and is not a storefront with set retail hours. To ensure a smooth pickup experience, please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible (your order may be rearranged for a different date & time). Please note that we also have commitments, and scheduled pickups throughout the day. Repeated late arrivals or missed pickups may affect future ordering privileges. Thank you for respecting our pickup schedule and helping us keep everything running smoothly.
Product Care For Your Desserts:
Once products are in your hands, we are no longer responsible for the products/orders. Please thoroughly read the Product Care instructions on our website prior to ordering/pick-up. It will be solely your responsibility to review to ensure you are providing the proper care & storage for our desserts.
DELIVERY:
*We do NOT offer delivery on small orders - we may offer delivery for larger dessert table packages $250+ for additional charge. (This will depend on if the date is available for a delivery)
