*When placing an order, a nonrefundable deposit will required to secure your spot. If this deposit is not received within 48 hours of confirmation, we will not be able to create your order. Please try to give as much notice as possible for your order. We do require at least 4 days for small orders and for larger orders we require one or two weeks. Please let us know if there are any allergies as our products are not dairy, gluten, soy or nut free - these allergies cannot be accommodated.
*LATE FEES: Selection of pick-up times will be provided to select from for the date you are ordering for. If you are unable to come for this pick-up time, please do not agree to arrive at that time. As we are a small business who manage other orders, run errands, run the business full-time and have personal items to attend to, our time also needs to be respected as does yours. If you arrive 30 minutes late, you will be required to submit a $10 late fee, one hour late you will be required to submit a $20 late fee and if the time exceeds one hour, we will reschedule your pick-up time depending on the product*
*PICK-UP OF ORDERS: Once products are in your hands, we are no longer responsible for the products/orders. We recommend you thoroughly read the Product Care instructions on our website prior to ordering/pick-up. It will be solely your responsibility to thoroughly review to ensure you are taking proper care of the products.
*Mandatory nonrefundable deposits will not be refundable. Once you have placed your order, if you do not cancel within 4 Days of your order, you will not be eligible for a refund of the full balance but not the nonrefundable deposit - as we purchase and prep our supplies ahead of time as well as turn other potential customers away if we are booked to secure your spot. If you cancel prior to 4 days, you will be eligible for a partial refund as the nonrefundable deposit will not be refunded.
