When placing an order, please ensure you are placing the order for day needed or evening prior. Most of our items (excluding minimal chocolate covered treats) are freshest and quality is the highest day of picking up an order. If you decided to place an order for a day prior, please note some desserts may need to be refrigerated if dairy is added after baking (cream cheese, buttercream, etc.) By placing the desserts in the refrigerator, this may alter the quality (any cake textured items: cupcakes, cake dessert bars, dessert cups etc.) We ALWAYS recommended placing an order the date required.

All chocolate covered fruit, cheesecake cups & DAIRY baked goods must be stored in the fridge prior to serving at events. When picking up, please be sure to either have a cooler OR have your car cool during the warm months to keep the desserts intact. Please do not leave dairy/fruit items out longer than the two hour mark.

All baked goods to be stored in an airtight containers OUT of fridge and stored in a dark place out of heat and sunlight. UNLESS you have ordered a baked good that has dairy added after baking. 

ALL candied fruit must be kept in a deep freezer to keep candy intact for a longer period of time. When picking up, please ensure to have a cooler with ice packs. Candied fruit will leak juices - this is normal. Please make sure to order DAY OF needed.

Cookie Cakes can be kept out of fridge in an airtight container for two days after picking up your order and then will need to be stored in the fridge.
